Building Healthy Daily Routines For Your Family


In a world where there are more demands than ever, it can be a bit of a struggle as a busy mom to focus on healthy, daily routines. I should know because I am one! My kids are constantly on the go with sports and after-school activities. My husband works full time and I’m busy transporting the kids while keeping the house running.

With such hectic schedules, as I know all of you moms out there can relate, it becomes essential to build strong daily routines to keep your family healthy and happy.

Each day I start with my to-do list, which changes based upon the day. For example, Wednesdays are grocery store runs (an ideal time to go when both kids are at soccer practice). I do laundry every Sunday for the week ahead. But, I also have a daily to-do list to amp up my family’s health.

When the kids get up, I cook breakfast and pack their lunches. At the same time I pull out my bottle of Immunity Blend, which is an essential oil crafted for boosting the immune system naturally. I’m really into a healthy, organic lifestyle and I feel my kids should benefit from this as well.

There are a ton of health benefits with the Immunity Blend and I swear by it especially when it comes to keeping all those germs at bay! My essential oil blend has ingredients like cinnamon leaf, clove bud, lemon and oregano – to name a few.
